I didn't say it was designed to be dishonest, I just said it was designed to make Bezos and his buddies wealthy through stock- not from business operations.

However I think Glenn can give you his opinion of how "honest" Covey is with Amazon's books. Things like lumping all business operation expenses into "marketing" including salaries for every single employees, warehouse leasing costs, etc so that they can tell the public that they "would be profitable if it werent for advertising costs"..

As if Morgan Stanley and mary meeker could care less.. They've already made their huge commissions on the deal and it wouldnt matter to them if the bonds went to 0.
