I concede to you your point, but please notice I referred to "this government" not "this administration". As an aside, I draw a distinguishing line between the government of the united states and the government of America. The latter is based upon and steeped in Constitutional law and the former is based upon case law which are presented arguments from a bunch of attorneys. The Constitution is a rock solid foundation based upon centuries of growing awareness of individual freedom. Case law vacillates with the ebb and tide of opinion and political expediency. Citizen Dave
