SOME MISSED THE POINT:

To All

In the last couple of days I've expressed my viewpoint on the latest incident regarding questionable and highly suspicious movement in DELL's behavior.

Whether NILE'S assessment is correct or incorrect is irrelevant. My beef is that analysts should not be allowed to post such opinions just days prior to actual facts being released. When this happens the outside investor, ie. the everyday Joe, gets hurt.

Just imagine this scenario which may have taken place over the last couple of weeks:

- Dell trades at $80
- Niles and cohorts purchase 100,000 shares at $80
- Natural upward movement in DELL with upcoming earnings release
- Niles supports DELL's higher valuation
- Niles timely comments pushes stock to $110
- Niles and cohorts sell 100,000 shares , profit $3,000,000
- Niles and cohorts short 100,000 at $110
- Niles releases negative valuation of DELL
- Market panics Stock drops 20 points and counting
- Tuesday Niles and cohorts cover their short of DELL at $85, Profit $2,500,000
- Tuesday evening facts are released

- if Niles is right then he is labelled "Psychic" + more influential clout in money market + earned $5,500,000 profit

- If Niles is wrong he still earns $5,500,000 in profit , + In time, human nature being the way it is , Investors will forget the incident and the Niles name allowing history to repeat itself at some point in future.

Final Score; Niles - WIN WIN situation
Joe Investor - SCREWED SCREWED situation
