To both Barry Seace & JR Ewing:

SHRP is a bricks & mortar retailer and catalog seller with a website. Amazon has no bricks & mortar. SHRP is not an internet stock. They are cannabalizing their bricks & mortar with the website. See January sales plunge. They are eating their own lunch by eliminating themselves as a store and catalog seller. Brilliant business model! SHRP will be writing off its bricks & mortar and catalog before too long. Next thing, besides continued insider dumping of stock on sucker buyers we will see a big stock offering. Company will never make street estimates for the January 2000 year. Management knows this and is playing this game for all they can get before the offering.

Additionally SHRP's products are non-necessity, high-priced toys that will not sell in any kind of economic downturn. Stock sold low single digits before opened website and now has a couple million in sales. Is stock worth 8-10 times more than last summer because they sold a couple million in November and December and then sales dumped in January. GET REAL!
