Thanks Doug, William and Mike for your opinions. I posed the questions to this board because I think with the technological efficiencies gained over the last 20 years the world doesn't need as many rigs as we needed in the past. AG....not everything in this world is a plot devised by oppressive individuals or organizations. We don't know if the comments being attributed to SA are being used to threaten other producing countries into compliance prior to the OPEC meeting.
