OT, I agree with ztect, it sounds like you and others actually hate the man. I too don't understand why the extremism of this judgement. People take the lying as a personal attack of some kind, which to me is a ridiculous narcism given the irrelevancy of the issue. As I said before the relevant issue is the disservice done to the American people by those who went on a witch hunt to burn Clinton at the stake. And I'm not even a Clinton supporter. I also think people should take responsibility for their actions, and that the Starr and Republican actions were far more irresponsible as it pertains to our American society than Clinton's private sexual philanderings. Everyone who wanted him to remain realized that the perfect person is nowhere to be found. everyone knows he messed up, but on this plant how many of us humans (I'm not talking to those super-humans)do that from time 2 time. How many people do you know that has had an affair and attempted to cover it up. I don't know about you, but I know afew. Does that make them a bad person, I don't think so. Does that say that because their personal lives are kinda muckedup that they can't operate on the other side of their lives (professional), I don't think so. "It was well known that he had a woman problem before he got in office.", let me rephrase that, It was well known if you kepted up with curent events. Everyone knows he told the truth already. But because he did'nt come right out and say "Hey kick me out of office and put me in jail" there are a select few who are PO'ed. He should not lose his job because of somthing that happened in his personal life (of this nature). Thank goodness there were enough of us out here and enough in there to make sure he remained. If he did lie (I think he did), the legal system will have the option to deal with him when he leaves office. And history will deal with him as well. So if possible can someone please tell me the name of the pefecto primo pirstien President? Myself I can't think of one. Dix... Per your words...."very predictable liberal attempt".... First, I'm not a "liberal"....I'm actually morally and extremely fiscally conservative.... Don't drink...don't smoke...don't have affairs....invest my money...Don't morally have a problem with the death penalty (though I do have a problem with how it is implemented)...Don't believe the Federal government should provide welfare to corporations or individuals be this welfare come in the form of food stamps or jobs for unnecessary "porK" and military spending.....Believe in the ability of the private sector working on its own and as a contractor for governmental agencies to be able to create jobs.... Thus ....again you rush to judgement again without having enough information on which to form a judgement.... Seems to be a pattern of yours... Plus you took one sentence from my lengthy reply...and apparently have missed the entire point of my message to you... So again, and I say this as a devout Christian, why are you filled with so much animosity and hate? To me this rancor seems unhealthy and out of proportion to the actions that have transpired.....and inconsistent with your otherwise intelligent and reasonable manner.. Now as a person who has studied Christianity in depth and who has read many of scriptures purposely omitted from the New Testament like the Gospels of Thomas and Mary at the time of Justidian, when Christianity was transformed from a rebellious religion against the Roman Empire to a tool of suppression for the Roman Empire,....I still have a tremendous problem with a supposedly "Judeo-Christian" society that is so filled with hate...hate and lack of tolerance weren't Jesus's teachings....
