Sorry for the late response Tom. Been out of town. NWDP is the vehicle for taking WWWC public, (as USAG was to have been before that deal fell through). WWWC and Binky Roo will be rolled into NWDP. Our WWWC private placement shares will be exchanged for shares of NWDP. Don't know what the exact ratio is. Exchange rate really is irrelevant as we will all own the same proportion of the company...The market will then adjust the share price accordingly. mike
