TAKI: This looks very good. Can you tell me what the O/S and float are? What were they in 1/98' if you know? was there any private financing done in the past year? Are there debentures in this company?

Regards, God Bless
Jim...

Is this the company that Joe Gort was involved with at one time?

EDII looks good, but one point: share price needs to get to $4/share to be eligible for NASDAQ small cap listing.

>>I find it hard to believe that Meeker made any comments about FNHC<<

According to a guy on the Yahoo boards (TheTruthAboutFNHC) Meeker did in fact
make reference to FNHC in her comments about the online mortgages business. Don't
know the exact postings this was mentioned in, but the guy said that by
Tuesday/Wednesday he'd have the verbatim text of the report provided to him from his
broker at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and would post it on the BB. He invited posters
to contact MSDW for themselves if they didn't believe Meeker's comments were valid
or true.

Hard as it is to believe, given that FNHC is the only publicly trading company in this
sector, it really isn't all that surprising she would make reference to FNHC in her
comments. Let's just hope it has the desired effect on share price!
