Ay my first glance of EDII here is what I see.... Negatives 1) 2 Directors sold 100,000 shares in the past 2 weeks. 2) Float of 66 million 3) Negative earnings 4) In debt. 5) I do not see any way for this stock to become a Nasdaq stock without doing a reverse split. They do not have the money that it takes to buy back stock. It would cost over $13 Mil. at .2 to buy back 66 million ahsres that are in the float. It doesn't look like they are doing that. They are diluting shares... Positives 1) N/A This is not ment to bash the stock. This is just my first glance at it. I don't even know what they do.
