One question if the convertible holders are shorting then what are they likely to do after conversion. They don't want to lose the stock they hold if GMGC's price spikes. If I was converting at todays low price I would put my 2 shares in my pocket before I lose one or both should the price spike on news.It just does not figure to me.Who holds the bulk of the convertibles? Honor among thieves (shorts) not likely. A Conspiracy to depress the price sounds shaky if the shares are well distributed.
