Gary, THANKS! That fixed the problem! I wrote via email to support to verify I DO NOT have mutual funds on my subscription renewal. I had noticed a couple of days where they downloaded with the other data. I must have played with the checkboxes to see if they were truly loading.... One last problem: My QP2 setup is the result of reloading the software on a brand new NT4.0 system. I'm having trouble getting the chart program to see the history files loaded from the CDROM. The Setup pathway is correctly pointing at the disk buffer directory, but charts only show data from 1/2/98, whereas the CDROM went through 3/31/98. It doesn't show 1997 on back. Can you talk me through fixing this? Is this possibly a problem in the loading of the buffer in the first place?

Gary, How do I get around the "input error" ... "xxxx" not found" problem? Can't get into Quotes Plus in the mean time. Thanks
