Mod Concerning the Wise placement. This is what it is: The business address of the Wise Partners is Jonathan Steinberg's office, CEO of INDI. It looks like Steinberg is sinking his own money into the firm to keep it afloat and the restrictions do indicate that he cant sell until three months after he leaves the company. On the face of it it looks like standard procedure for a company trying to make ends meet until they become successful or fail. I would recommend however that you peruse the beneficial ownership filings going back to 1996 however. Through "Reliance Financial Services" there are several placements to Saul Steinberg (jonathan's relationship?)
