Now what meaning do we give to these comments in your message: (i) STEN is restructuring the deal and (ii) the parties will be disregarding the LOI status? What is "LOI" status, for starters? Are there major changes requiring restructuring? What are they? If there are major changes to deal, should not there be a press release to that effect, or am I missing something here? When will the restructuring take place? What is probability the deal will be consummated?
