According to the 13-D, Saul is a limited partner and has pledged Reliance stock for a margin loan to Wise Partners, so he appears to be the funding behind that entity, while Jonathan is the general partner. Since Great American is an insurance company, I assumed there must be a connection to Saul/Reliance, but haven't been able to find one. Great American appears to be owned by American Financial Group, which is controlled by Carl Lindner. I don't know if there is a connection to Saul and Reliance.
