garz, I believe I have answered the two questions. The case is based on "High Crimes AND Misdemeanors" Is he lower than pond scum? Probably. Did he commit treason? No. Did he put himself and the U.S. in a precarious position? Yes. Could it have led to treason? Yes. Did he create Misdemeanors? Found not guilty. If left alone long enough, than you could have HAD High Crimes AND Misdemeanors, and we would have seen a new President sworn in. My past posts stated he would be found not guilty. I say he is going to leave a legacy, which will be hard for the Democratic party to overcome and Gore doesn't have a prayer if the Moral Majority see them as a pair. End of Message, Roy
