Conservative Speculator is a monthly investment newsletter. The publisher's goal is to "help their readers make more money with 10 per cent that they put into our (i.e., newsletter's special recommendations than they do with the 90 percent they invest into everything else". Published by Guidera - this company is involved with Technor. Is handling some promotion. Go to Technor web site and read News Release dated July 15/'98 should help to explain things a little better. Sorry don't know how many are distributed each month. No, they have no web site (yet). Like I mentioned, their article says nothing new about the company and nothing that can not be learned from the Technor web site. Whitey,
