Not sure why LUMM dropped after it went public. Probably a lot of impatient investors or not enough PR to keep people interested. The float is tightly held and is anywhere from 300k to 2Mil according to IR. As far as news, there are different rumors floating around but all suggest something will be happening before Feb 19th. Could be a buyout or large investment bank will buy a large % of the float at $3. According to IR they want to grow this company into something bigger and are not looking to get bought out so the second scenario sounds more reasonable. Vince
