MD wouldn't prewarn if they are going to MEET estimates or even miss it by a penny or two. Typically, a company will prewarn at a minimum of a 5% shortfall, but more often 8-10%. If DELL meets estimates, it could see poorer price momentum going forward, but some steam has already been taken out of the stock. To me, that's good news - allowed some of us to buy on Friday with some bad news discounted into this great stock. DELL is the next DELL! (Thanks, Kemble).

I'm really sorry but I'm dizzy w/ all these posts, and it's hard to recall who posted!! Somebody posted that only 11 days ago Niles had been bullish. I'm sure they posted yesterday or today (but that doesn't help much--that means about 1 dellion posts!)
