I was making reference to Scullion and the paucity of shares he owns.
When you go to the insider trading link you mentioned, you see that Scullion has only 12,000 shares (plus 2,400 he indirectly controls) left after his last sale. That is what I was making reference to. Seems like an awfully light position.
