WIND looks okay technically but the rise on very light volume suggests it may get whacked for a second bottom - just a possibity. If it did I'd buy a truck load anywhere under the 20.5 region.

Otherwise, an equally plausible possibility is a sudden acceleration on much heavier volume.

There is still some 5K dumping into rather light buy orders. But there are also signs of some 15-20K accumulation, esp. at or after the market close.

So all in all a "basing story"
