Don't have the info circ, so I can't comment directly, but normally compensation is only reported for named officers/executives (specific rules on who is one), so Yogen Fruz actually could have managers making salaries above $100k who just aren't reportable. Some public companies, as well , that are trying to grow will compensate executives with stock options instead of large salaries. This is an investment positive, IMHO.

Sorry I can't comment more specifically on Yogen Fruz or its info circ.
