Mark, See the www.cyberbetz.com site lots of company info, here is a list of the board of directors ... I tried to verify a few basic facts about their directors back in January. Here's what I posted then: Message 7089388 After I made that posting, Hammer quickly responded that he had talked to Chris, and that Chris had told him that these were the wrong guys anyway - and that there were some new guys coming in: techstocks.com Here's what he said exactly: Chris said that James Chu was bringing in a new team. I got the feeling that the list of guys you posted are no longer associated with GGNC - same as the Nevada listing still on their Web page. I suspect this web page was written quite awhile ago - Chris did say it was currently being updated. I do agree that it is somewhat irresponsible for them to have outdated information still listed but at the same time for them to pull the web page down while they do a comprehensive re-write would make shareholders nervous. There has yet to be an announcement about who these new guys are, and the web page still shows the other guys. By the way, when I checked the State of Nevada home page a few minutes ago [http://sos.state.nv.us/crpsrh2.asp ], GGNC still wasn't in good standing with the State . Regards, John Sladek
