Harold, a reasonable way of portraying VLNC to your clients. From your response, I would guess you would counsel your clients against buying VLNC on margin?

Harold, I heard that major brokerage firm analysts have met with Valence since December, and that one or more were likely given a tour in NI last week. Could they publish a research report? At least is appears they have been doing their research!

Lev's tone seems to be more upbeat lately, and there have been meaningful indications that they are for real this time. Would they have increased staff momentarily (equipment installation?) and now at 164 in the NI factory if there wasn't production of good batteries in the works? 400 patents?

Your clients have waited a long time- for what? Could the "what" be about to occur? After all this time there may be a tendency to discount truly positive indications. Let's have some of that pudding!

Harold - Individual analysts (brokers) are allowed to do a white paper on a stock although the firm does not have an official recommendation. I know of a situation in MER. Are there analysts in Pru that would initiate research on VLNC? Ram
