Dear Larry: I would like to agree with you but I have my doubts. Has NOTHING to do with TAVA. Great company, great momentum going into the new Millenium and EVENTUALLY it will come into its own price wise. Here is my concern, Russell 2,000 stocks SUCK. Doesnt matter who they are or how great. Down 14% I believe last Friday so in reality, TAVA is holding up quite well. I think, that until the market changes its psychology to VALUE stocks (many are in Russell 2,000) from MOMENTUM stocks, many of which are purely large caps. We just wont perform as well as I would like and as well as we SHOULD. I am hopeful that this psychology will change in 2-3 months. By then we should have out another OUTSTANDING quarter and strengthened our POST 2,000 Business Plan. Couple that with hopefully, by then, a much improved PR program from an investors viewpoint, and I am willing to forecast a stock price in the $15 range by say April 30th. Remember, this depends on each of the above happening much of which is in TAVA's control, but market psychology is not. JDN

ps: My target price is UNDER a PE of 20 which seems conservative to me given TAVA's growth rate and business opportunities coupled with increased financial strength IN THE PROPER MARKET.
