Go back and reread the S-3, Dennis. The S-3 indicated no samples had been shipped as of December 21, which was correct. It indicated no samples would be shipped until safety testing is complete, which was predicted by the end of the first quarter of 99. The S-3 did not say it would be two quarters before samples were shipped. And it certainly did not say it was referring to the 3rd or 4th lines, which is what Fred claimed. Stop trying to defend Fred's twisting of the truth. Even the CEO has complained about this.
