Mr Metals watch out on EDII. Float is at 66 Mil. 110 Mil in float. People are saying 15 mil but if you look here biz.yahoo.com note that it was updated Feb 12 99. The other info is outdated. They seem to also be in debt. Talk about moving to Nasdaq? I dont think so. The nasdaq requirment is you need to have a bid of at least 4 for I think 20 days or so before they can be listed. Also with a certain ammount of cash which I doubt EDII has. Then they must remain above 1. It will be almost impossable for them to even reach 4. I do not mean to bash the stock but I just got a hype message on my board from Taki and though that people looking into the stock should get this information. -Dan.
