Well, they've constructed a fairly professional website. This isn't exactly rocket science. It needs some editing; too many infelicities of usage, but of course that can be corrected easily.

But, ah, where's the beef? You still can't go there and play bingo. I am also inclined to doubt whether people seriously want to use a "bingo.com" email address to correspond with their clients, as the creators of the site suggest they do.
