No Taki, I think you should review your DD. To become a Nasdaq listing you must first have over a 4 share price and to remain a Nasdaq stock you must have over a 1 bid price.

Daniel and I are correct. $4 for initial listing, $1 to remain there once the stock is listed. See nasdaq.com (I posted this link in my previous message.)

Daniel, I guess EDII does look kinda crappy, unless there are some positives unknown to us.
