Hi Mike, Happy Happy to you, too. It looks like I am the first to share the news, the cover story on the latest edition of the supermarket tabloid, "The Sun," is entitled "Money Crisis Alert! Big Stock Market Crash by Summer. Worst in 50 years, warn insiders. How to Survive Panic and Financial Chaos Before It's Too Late." A sidebar on "Alan Greenspan . . . Man who Plays God With Your Cash."

Inside, "Money Crisis Alert" begins: "The world is teetering on the brink of disaster. Economies have been toppling like dominoes. Russian is in meltdown, Asia is in turmoil, South America is floundering, and the U.S. is next! That's the conclusion of famed economists who warn that America's good times are about to end - soon. 'All the components for a major economic collapse are in place, and it's only a matter of months before it happens,' says Wall street economist and political scientist Arthur T. Dale, Ph.D. 'Be warned, It's coming, and it's coming very soon. The Great Depression of 1999 will make the Wall Street disaster of 1929 look like a mere blip on the economic radar screen. And its effects will be felt for 100 years.'"
Analyst William Greider: "The global system is unraveling in slow-motion: paper wealth is evaporating on a trillion-dollar scale. Yet no one seems to have a plan."

Dale: "I put the chances of a global depression this year at 99 percent." "This depression is going to be more terrifying than you can imagine. Whole families made homeless as bankruptcies increase, will be lining up on the streets . . . mom, dad, and the kids . . . waiting their turns at the soup kitchens. Widespread rioting and looting will spread like wildfire as people at the bottom end of the economic scale steal just to live. Whole cities will burn, and the rates of rape, robbery and murder will soar to numbers we can't even begin to imagine. The rich, those that are left, will live behind brick walls with armed guards at their gates, and armored cars in their garages. Nation will rise against nation. The government will be powerless to help. Police, fire and ambulance services will be stretched so thin you'll go weeks without seeing a cop. We'll be on our own. God help us."

About Alan Greenspan: "His stock forecasts have proved so accurate - and his remedies for inflation are so effective - people have accused him of witchcraft. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg was recruited to preside over Greenspan's 1997 wedding to respected TV news reporter Andrea Mitchell, 51, who says that her husband doesn't need a Ouija board or Tarot cards. A hot bath works very well, thank you! For 90 minutes every morning, Greenspan ssoaks up the world's financial news and determines economic policy while soaking in his tub . . . with his in-box at his side."

There is more, and I know that the Sun isn't a respect source, although it's not the one that has the fake articles, it's usually just real soft news, aimed at housewives without a lot of education. If you are in a grocery store or convenience store over the next few days, check it out. Weird. I don't think I have ever seen anything like it.
