I would like to see Michael Dell on Bloomberg and CNNfn on Wednesday (and stiff CNBC) if indeed DELL nails the quarter as most of us expect. CNBC has been fanning the flames of this "Dell is done" hysteria. If you step back and view from 30,000 feet it is almost bizarre. Maybe Michael will indeed go on CNBC Wednesday, but brace yourselves for another obnoxious interview from Haines. Last quarter he spent half of the interview time grilling Dell about Kumar's difficulty patching into the conference call. I guess this time he will spend the whole interview focusing on Run and Hide Niles' oddly timed call. Is 5fer a big advertiser on CNBC? Why are Faber et al looking like such shills? At least Joe Kernan will be a voice of reason.
