Madera International Announces Status of
www.maderaintl.com

CORAL GABLES, Fla., Feb. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Madera International (OTC Bulletin Board: WOOD - news) announced
today that further progress on its new web site www.maderaintl.com allows for customers visiting the site to purchase tribal
artifacts made by the Indians that inhabit the amazon rainforest. This is the only site in the world on the internet that carries hand
crafted and painted artifacts made by Indians with part of the sales proceeds going to the tribes for improving their health and
education levees.

Ray Fernandez, chairman of the board, stated that yesterday the first of four databases programmed was completed. The
remaining three databases and the secure commerce credit card system which will allow credit card orders over the internet is
expected to be completed by the end of February.


Madera is a wood products company involved in the environmentally sound harvesting of hardwood and exportation of the

Has anyone gone to the maderaintl.com website today. I just did and found what looks like the subsidiary's website, ownatree.com. Anybody know anything? Where did the "e-commerce" site go?
