Taki, with all due respect, I KNOW THIS COMPANY FOR TWO YEARS. AND I TOLD YOU TO CALL THE COMPANY TO GET the facts. I have done my home work because I called the company and asked my questions and got my answers, and here they are: 1) NO REVERSE SPLIT. And yes there probably is not at the moment you talked to them, but tomorrow, next week, heck they are fully diluted to 110 million shares 2) 15,000,000 and not 66,000,000 on the float. Wake up. I said 15,000,000. Taki, float does not count, it is how many fully diluted. 3) The company will try to hire a PR firm. Which quite simply means, more dilution. 4) 1999 should be a good year for the company. That's like saying 1999 should be a good year for the price of gold. If you call that question good DD and you say they said, well guess what, "If a frog had a glass ass he would only hop once" much like "should be a good year" 5) Company will try for Nasdaq with no Reverse Split.NO REVERSE SPLIT.CAN YOU HEAR ME DANIEL? HELLO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do their shares not have to hit 4 bucks to do this? If so the market cap would be 440 million dollars, me thinks not I SAID NO REVERSE SPLIT. The above line is very interesting, you said no reverse split, what position do you hold with the company? Are you in a position with this company to say there will be no reverse split?

But I am just thinking if a company was bad do you think that they would have told you? 1) We are going to do a RS any day now so load up on shares. 2) We are not planning on hiring a PR firm because we dont need one, we dont get too many calls. 3) 1999 will be a terrible year of 99. We are expecting to loose millions and go out of business. You repeated yourself BTW. Ok, we'll see if there is a RS in 1 year. No company is going to tell you that they are going to be announcing a RS. Lets wait and see. I for one dont see this stock breaking 1 any time soon if ever without a RS. Goodluck for you though.
