What happens to the 6 million shares Piercy was to receive is the more interesting question.

I understand it to be that the company answered that in Friday's release.

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 12, 1999-- TeleServices International Group Inc. (OTC BB:TSIG - news), a provider of outsourced teleservices and music CDs through the Internet, announced today that it had terminated its agreement to acquire the assets of Compact Connection, Inc. (CCI), a Nevada corporation, and reached agreement to proceed to market and sell MusicCard products on its own.

So the agreement to acquire the assets is terminated. The licensing - the exclusive right to market the card concept - remains in effect. Under the licensing agreement, Piercy receives the 1% net royalty.
