I couldn't agree with you more. There is very little longterm discussion here.It is mostly an IPO waiting room!I think the deal with the globe.com was very significant and a prelude to the future for Navarre. It would seem that as more brick and mortar companies expand to the web a competent delivery system will definitely be needed!Navarre has that experience as well as the ties to those type of companies.I wonder how many other companies do what navarre does?I also am a bit wary of direct downloads. Will direct downloads replace the need for any delivery system whatsoever.I don't think the web will eliminate the need for brick and mortar stores, but I do believe it will seriously impact them.So if that model has to change so wouldn't the system that supplies them, wouldn't ya think!I think the longterm questions are---how many like businesses are there?---who are there customers???---how effective will the jbirds be and will they surpass shipped units ie traditional UPS/Federal Xpress delivery?---if traditional delivery systems are to be affected--how will the consumer store/handle/download product from the web?----Will the market for blank discs boom???----will hard drives become larger???---will there be storage areas on the web for individual purchases that give the consumer rentable bins to store there downloads???---These are but a few of the questions that buzz through my head as I look for companies that might change the way business is done.I think we are at the beginning of a remarkable transformation and so far the questions far outdistance the answers.Any insight or real discussion would be most welcomed.
