I got my papers in the mail yesterday for the vote on the issue of 18M shares. Its interesting to note that you can phone into a 1-800 number to cast your ballots. I urge you to do so.

Me? I am going to vote against the resolution. Antares has thrown good money after bad in finding quick solutions, rather than developing the properties it has. How do I know this is not another chunk of money to be tossed at yet a new property. Maybe its just money to pay some bloated salaries at the cost of the shareholders.

Seriously though. Why should I vote to dilute my shares 50% when I have no clear idea where the money is going to be spent. The papers indicate there will be no other issues brought up in the meeting that they know of. Perhaps there should be some discussion of what the money will be used for before we vote to toast all value in the company.

In a previous posting I indicated that what the company has to do it let us, the shareholders, know what is going on and what plans the company has.

I'm still waiting.

Until then, I'm certainly no going to be padding anyones pockets.
