OK. Thanks. That clarifies it. (And it shows wisdom for them to have retained a bit to make even more money on the sale.) I looked in Edgar to see if they retained some insignificant portion and couldn't find the filings for PRGY since it's just out the IPO. But the point still remains: IBM and Sears sold control over the new company. They don't hold board seats. Prodigy's corporate parent, to the extent it has one, is now TeleMex (which does have a board seat) and not IBM/Sears.
