And I was writing assembly code for the diskette drive subsystems of the Amiga OS long before the WWW existed.

And my daddy can beat up your daddy. :) At least arguing with you is reasonably fun, with Michelle I know my technical comments are falling on deaf ears.

Well, I was writing internet apps before the days of the WWW, so that doesn't impress
me at all. I got to see Mosaic the day it was released, got to talk to Gosling before Sun
had settled on the name Java for their nifty new language.


You guys crack me up. This exchange was reminding me of the seen in Jaws (I know it is an old movie) where they were on Robert Shaw's boat drinking beer in the evening and Robert Shaw and Richard Drefrus were comparing scares from prior encounters with sharks<VBG>
