Have you seen the minutes of the 1/14/99 meeting of the President's Council on Year 2000 Conversion? URL: y2k.gov Interesting discussion of PR....developing "helpful and appropriate messages", etc. Disturbing discussion of the NRC and EPA "granting enforcement discretion" to "handle Y2K issues".
