Off Topic-- Last post to RR regarding all this poopoo:

First, if you are a gov't employee-- why do you spend tax-payer time on SI? GET TO WORK!!!!

How come a Libertarian is cast as a anarchist?

I believe the only way an action is a crime is if there is a victim. Not anarchy.

Is that so hard to understand?

Please got to lp.org to see what the LP platform is.

To say that "crime is war" is totally insane Ron. I do feel sorry for you-- seems that you cannot come up with your own thoughts-- you have to rely on statist thinking? How sad indeed.

And I am getting a kick out of your spin that anyone who believes in Rights is a "anarchist", "Nazi", "Partiot" (in the new media meaning of the word), etc. That spin is getting so old Ron-- no one believes it anymore. Thank goodness the internet is breaking down that spin.

Any law that restricts actions when that action is between two consenting adults and their is no other party who is a "victim" should not be illegal.

Such as drug use or prostitution.

Prostitution is legal, or decriminalized, in most countries in the world. That US "crime" is between two consenting adults. Why should it be illegal? Who is the victim?

Drug use is also between two consenting adults and there is no other victim. So, why is it illegal?

(PLEASE do not give me the "for the children" crap and/or the "cost to business" spin. FWIW, there has only been ONE study on illegal drug use and costs to business-- that was one done in Georgia-- and the study found that pot smokers had lower absenteeism and better safety records. The numbers of Billions in business costs you see tossed around came from alcohol studies. For more information see: theatlantic.com
