Alan, I do not follow Kaplan and have no idea where his head is except that from what I am told he thinks the silver move up is bogus. You know well my take on this by now. We will have to see who is right. I say uptown and big time. I do not rely on all this CFTC stuff as being so all important. It killed the gold bulls on the move down from $385. Killed them. Besides, I made a big score in March of 87. Silver went up something like $3 an oz. in weeks. For better or worse, that is how Uncle Bill sees it. Take care.
