Not too dumb, not too scared, just out of luck. Unfortunately got a margin call and was forced to sell half my position or else my broker would do it for me. The bulk of my shares were purchased at 109 1/2 and 104 5/8.

Like I said earlier, I don't mind losing as long as it's done fairly.

William, I feel you have lost sight of why most Dell investors are angered. Most people just can't keep plowing money into the stock every time it drops. Most investors are long term and were looking forward to Dell executing normally and proceeding on as usual. What these analyst did was uncalled for. Besides, what else are we going to talk about prior to earnings?
