Al I believe you are incorrect but wishing well,since it appears that FTEL/FNET q10 are combined it would seem correct that the 285,200 would be the maximum amount credited to FNET.If anyone has any other info or the company says different I am corrected and much more elated.

Not an accountant, but if B-school memory serves me, a majority owned sub would report all revenues upstream, Minority Interest Would then be a line item on the income statement and balance sheet.
