Found this on the Yahoo! message board in regards to news of point source stepper......

messages.yahoo.com@m2.yahoo.com

JMAR's press release regarding DARPA contract in August stated that one milestone would be to integrate
the source with a stepper being developed under other programs. This stepper WAS developed with
DARPA funding under the management of Lockheed Sanders. The source itself, I believe was created by
Science Research Laboratory in Cambridge, MA, but I am not sure who has rights to market it.

JMAR's source is targeted to have a throughput of 24 300mm diameter semiconductor wafers per hour,
where as the SRL source apparently "is designed for throughput of twenty 100mm wafers or ten 150 mm
wafers per hour". This is why Martinez gets excited about the "major X-ray power scale up" in the latest
press release, as this will make JMAR's source superior. I believe Plasma Boy brings a lot of expertise in that
area.

IT IS A GOOD THING that there is already at least one company with a stepper somewhat suited for point
sources like JMAR's.
