But if the breach gave reason for legal action by TSIG against Piercy for damages due to delays caused by his misrepresentations...the exclusive rights could be part of a "settlement" to part company without any further action against Piercy...

Anyway....without semantic games...there wouldn't be so many damn lawyers!!

But I guess this is all dependent upon what "is" really is...

Ellen,

If Piercy got nothing for the settlement, the company would have touted it. The PR was very generic, I hope we see a clarification soon.

MO
