Post a copy of the boot.ini file on the drive you are
booting

[boot loader]
timeout=0
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(1)partition(1)\WINNT0

Spots.. note the \WINNT0 at the end there... I bet that is the culprit.. I bet that should be WINNT... Can I just change it to winnt?

Tell me about your partitions. Hidden and not,

IDE 1

WnT C: NTFS 2000mb Active Primary
Free space 3500mb Primary
KOT 98nt0 Hidden FAT 635mb Hidden Primary

I don't understand what you're saying is happening

BIOS boot selection is set to C. But I end up booted to nt0 instead of primary nt in C:

The only way I can now boot to wnt on C: is to go into the OSLoader during bootup where I see the following...

NT default
NT default ( this one will be selected when I enter OSLoad

I then reselect the first listed 'NT default' instead and the boot process continues with the boot to wnt C:. Which is what I want.

I never had to select anything in OSloader to boot to wnt before.

Congratulations on the NIC fix..
