Yep, those are Intel Slides of their projected RoadMAP.

If Intel delivers 0.18 micron/aluminum CPUs at 1 GHz in early 2000, AMD is going to be facing dire straits and more red ink since they are banking on a new process with copper metallization and low k dielectrics to get to that level of clock speed - not to mention pulling all that off in a new fab in a new country 9,000 miles from home.

Intel appears to have a lot of guns loaded and "at the ready".

AMD appears to be in Intel's gunsights !
