~protege .. JAWZ filed with the SEC on October 13 and filed an addendum in early January - it's possible that we'll have one more. My best guess is that JAWZ will be fully reporting sometime in March, but the wild card is that I believe the SEC is swamped right now with filings (because of the new BB SEC-compliant requirements), so it's hard to predict with any surety.
