Lance, I gave a call to NDB before and they said that it isn't a one time rate. You pay 5,000 shares for 15$ and 1¢ for each additional share. Webstreet is flat 15 for unlimited shares. If I was buying 100,000 shares of MPTV at .008 which would cost me $800. After commisions at NDB it would cost me $1,750. Thats $950 commission on a $800 trade.

Thanks a lot Lance, just got back from Boynton Beach mall and the beach with my wife and son. With Ameritrade have to wait forever to get confirmations online, reason I switched to Watley is because for Naz and listed stocks there is no middle man and I can trade pre and post market. Confirmations are in seconds, if I make 50 trades per month no fee for all the tools.
