Let's take out the Internet.com valuation comparisons and look at peer companies in similar fields..I would appreciate seeing a Price to Sales Ratio on CSCO, XYLN, ASND ( take-out price by LU )and other data networking companies. Did you use these PSR's to arrive at your PSR ratio of 3? I would also refer you to PSR on Granite Systems, Berkley, Packet Engines, etc..Do you have contrary data to ASNDs purchase of NetStar for $300 million in stock at the time Netstar was doing $5 million in annual sales? Another idea is to look at the PSR's on data networking chip companies like MMCN, PMCS, VTSS, AMCC and TXCC. How do thse PSR's look?
