Again sorry to take so long to get back to u.My understanding is that the 20f allows American brokers to call a market and solicit orders from clients with the same legal responsibilities as a American Co.Legally a lot more protection for the brokers and of coarse a lot easier to raise big dollars for major projects for the Co, Hope every thing is going well for y & yours .Jim
